Indeed. Peopel pay for incoming calls for cell phones (unlike home phones) so these companies would be costing you money. I don't think they would
be able to do that. I know my company, if we call a cell # (and this is for debt collection, not random bs) and the person says "This is my cell,
don't call me on it." and they don't give us a home number, we have to remove the cell number and try to search for there home number.
