one of thre best live DVDs I've seen. So much energy.

Yeah, this thing is fucking phenomenal. I think I've watched it more times than any other music DVD I own. I got it the same week they were doing those reunion shows at CBGB's and threw it on while making dinner one night. Dinner never got made. As soon as it started I felt like the show was in my living room and I dropped everything and ran over in front of the TV and watched it straight through to the end and then skipped back to some parts that blew me away on the first viewing. It was three or four hours before I realized that I never ate dinner.

I picked it up. Will be watching tonight after FLETCH.

Thanks for the heads up. I really appreciate it.

Not surprised at all. That DVD blows my mind every time. It also makes very sad thinking about the current state of Hard Core since there's nothing anywhere near the level of the shittiest song on that thing out now.

is it that early cb's footage? that blows my fucking mind just as much as when i was 14. beyond great, that's everything hardcore used to be and isn't now. gotta pull out my old vhs tapes man, negative approach, husker du, minor threat......

XHonusWagnerX - 1-20-2008 at 12:24 AM

fucking right man...
That DVD has come up in conversation numerous times with a few friends of mine. It is pretty much what I was thinking too. Nothing touches it. Energy. That energy is just...fuck man...
