I don't know it depends. It's hard to put out a set of guidelines and follow them 100%. Sometimes people just connect/fall in love even though there

And I would never exclude dating someone because they smoke some weed (shit we can smoke together!) and I would look the other way for smoking cigs,
if things got serious then I would express concern for them to quit. Fuck overly judgemental people, like anyone is perfect.
