Im sure it will go higher, but its in Italy so it wont sell for as much as if it was in the US.
Awhile back I bought some shirts on eBay.de and then sold them for double on eBay.com

there's a feature on ebay.com where you can seach all of the international ebay sites, so yeah, kinda. not all sellers will ship worldwide, though.
