so I went to see Jeff Clayton and The Mongrels saturday night,and my old,out of shape ass gets to slinging elbows and swinging fists in the
pit...something I haven't done in years.So while showing the kids how we used to do it,I feel a sharp pain as I DMS.The next morning I was sore as
hell,but I just figured It was a pulled muscle or something.Later that day I sneezed and I felt my rib snap into....and the pain was fucking
severe.I spent almost 12 hours in the ER,surrounded by a bunch of fucking thugs and crackheads.
I have a broke rib and a bottle of vicodin.
I'll be in misery and on the bottle for about a month.

I'm not sure...I musta got hit or just twisted to hard one way....and it cracked.But the pain wasn't that bad until I sneezed the next day...I think

Make sure it heals compleatly. I had a friend who broke his rib at a SOIA show, a month later he had thought it was all healed, we were,.. umm,..

No,it just has to heal on it's own.Doc says about 3 to 4 weeks if I take it
easy.I'm going back in to work tomorrow,I don't do much physical work anyhow...so I'll be ok.I have plenty of sick days and vacation,but sitting
