mine would probably be brain, heart, chicken feet and schmaltz.

wow... i guess I lead a very sheltered food life. I dont think Ive eaten anything that would make this list. Ive never even had Venecin, Rabbit or anything like that before.

It is a breakfast dish my Grandpa used to make and in turn my aunt and mom made it. It was bacon, onions, ham, eggs with none of the grease drained in a big iron skillet. Eat it with toast

It was at my friends wedding reception. He is Chinese and we had traditional Chinese food. I didn't know what it was until after I tried it.
