Why the fuck would a band from Mass pick a name that was already used by another band (that is still SEMI-active) and use it??? Even if your going to
spell it totally retarted (which just makes it worse) I dont understand why anyone would do it!!
they look menacingXHonusWagnerX - 2-13-2008 at 10:02 AM

i dunno what youz are bitching about. Stahz-n-Strypes has had the honor of playing with local bands like Kermit's Finger at the Bulfinch Yacht Club.
is there a Stars & Stripes myspace page? if so, send them a friend request.CR83 - 2-13-2008 at 11:44 AM

There is, but I dont know who runs it.
I sent them a message from my Myspace asking if they knew about the real Stars & Stripes.BDx13 - 2-13-2008 at 12:14 PM
what i love is that they play completely different music.
for shits and giggles a bunch of stars & stripes and slapshot fans should go to one of Stahz-n-Strypes' shows.JawnDiablo - 2-13-2008 at 12:22 PM
that happened here before with a band called Dysphoria.
there were 2 of them.
the one band saw that another band was plain with the same name and went to the show with their equip to play....comicalXHonusWagnerX - 2-13-2008 at 01:43 PM

Just curious if you guys know that theres a band from Boston called STARS STRIPES. They started around 1989 and put out a record called "Shaved for
Battle" on Patriot Records (later reissued by Taang! Records) as well as a couple of 7"s on European lables. They had a second record come out in 2004
on IScream Records and even though they dont play very often they are still a semi-active band.

Yeah we do, they are called stars for stripes. Still a complete difference than stahz-n-strypes. Why are we not allowed to use our name or something?
