there was a bad white boy "blues" band in chicago called "bad vibes" for a while
i used to email the main guy for a while telling him how weak his band was and that he was queer.
i also told him i had some peeps in chicago that were going to go see them play and T.C.B.
that was never gonna happen even though it was indeed offered to me by some heavies i know there.
i dodnt want the guys beat up
i just liked calling him a queer

Slipknot from Boston actually sued Slipknot from Iowa at one point and then Roadrunner/Slipknot ended up buying the name and trademark from them. So now the original Slipknot is just called 'The Knot'. There a Phishy Jam band type of thing.

SLIPKNOT - Boston

Slipknot - Iowa

That Slipknot 7" from REV was terrible. They where like a poor man's version of COC and there are way better bands to be poor versions of. I remember I bought it when it cam out in '89 not really knowing much about them and was like WTF? Didn't sound like anything else REV was putting out at the time.

There were two bands named Dirge. The Toronto band changed their name to Day of Mourning.

Death Threat and Deathreat

Ya victory had one of those bands too. BILLINGSGATE. They were weak. Although didn't they turn into ZERO TOLERANCE and then some members of WORLDS COLLIDE?

clevohardcore - 2-13-2008 at 03:24 PM

wasn't there a band called WAR ZONE and then the WARZONE? They were metal.

There is a few bands called The New Breed. One is a christian Hip Hop group and the other is a grammy award winning group. The real new breed are a bunch of jokers from Halifax, NS that released two records on THORP records.
