Bury Your Dead was robbed at gunpoint following a show at the Rave in Milwaukee this weekend. The Journal Sentinel piece states the following:
"A 23-year-old member of the band, Bury Your Dead, was sitting in a car at 12:30 a.m. when he was held up by five men, two with guns, police said. The
band member, who was not identified, handed over a bag of jewelry, and the robbers fled from the lot, near N. 24th St. and W. Wisconsin Ave.
The musician gave chase and caught up with the robbers but was kicked by them, suffering a cut to the head, police said.
No one was arrested and police did not release a detailed description of the suspects."BDx13 - 2-18-2008 at 11:33 AM

Doesn't make sense and to honest it may be bullshit. This was the band that did a cd of songs from movies as publicity. If the dude was so scared what
the fuck was he doing chasing them?Discipline - 2-18-2008 at 03:27 PM

Bury Your Dead has issued a statement regarding the attack on guitarist Eric Ellis that took place this past weekend. Here you go:
"On Saturday night, February 16th, Bury Your Dead guitarist Eric Ellis was a victim of a random attack by six individuals following the band's set at
The Rave in Milwaukee, WI. Eric was held at gunpoint while the men hit him multiple times with a baseball bat and hammer. Previous reports of a
robbery are false, as the Milwaukee police department has classified it as a "gang initiation." Despite suffering what others would consider serious
injuries, Eric and the rest of Bury Your Dead will move forward and continue with their tour alongside Hellyeah and take that into their headlining
run with Emmure, The Warriors, and With Blood Comes Cleansing. It will take more than this to stop Bury Your Dead, we'll see you soon."barc0debaby - 2-19-2008 at 09:01 PM
