involved BANE. Great tunes to run to.

I did shoulders & legs to RAMALLAH.

CR83 - 2-27-2008 at 10:40 AM

I have treadmill sprints on my schedule today. When that's the case, I'm all about Stand and Fight.

JawnDiablo - 2-27-2008 at 11:07 AM

Joining the gym that my complex has for tennants.
loading up the pod with ramallah, bad vibes and plenty of similar goods.

ipod is great for working out. I am thinking of getting the 4GB instead of the shuffle now.

Man, I just wouldn't get through that many songs. I have ths shuffle. I think I have maybe 150 songs on there. The longest I'll have it on is 2 hours for a half marathon I'm running in April.

The shuffle is great because it stays out of the way.

^^^^^^^ I'm with ou man. Seriously I just figured that the screen and giving yourself a choice of what to lsiten to was the way to go. I mean if I have a list of songs from 7 seconds THE CREW and SLAYER SOUTH OF HEAVEN and I have the positive vibe going on I wouldn't want to go from the song TRUST to MANDATORY SUICIDE. That could kill the old motivation and cause me to stop working and hit the local bar to drown the sorrows.

In all honesty I would rather have the shuffle because of the size. So you really think it would be a better choice? Fuck it I'll get one.

The shuffle is my 3rd mp3 player. Hands down the best. You just don't realize it is there. When I'm working out or running, I'm for sure note staring at a screen you know?

Now if I could find ear phones that stay in my ears, don't slip out when I get sweatty, have half way decent sound AND fit under a knitted hat (when I run outside in the winter), I'd be all set.

Ya I know I have the wrap around the head set. It is awsome but I could do without the wire that is for sure. Maybe a wireless headset? That would great.

I rock the 60 GB black IPod video (yeah I know it's large), but that thing holds everything I got. I don't mind it too much, it works for me...

I listen to xTyrantx a lot when I work out. Then I go drinking with the boys later that night.
