Pre-Summer Full Body Workout

I am going to give this fucker a try once my Half Marathon is over. I'm going to scal back my running to about 3 to 5 mile runs a couple days a week.

This is a decent workout for the beginning to get a full body plan going. It works all major joints and muscle groups. Go get 'em:
