I've heard people, even "tough guys", saying that this is about the last thing the scene needs right now. That the name alone is just inviting
meatheads to come and start trouble. What do you think?

i think it's stupid. but those bands playing in new york sounds like it would be trouble anyway. i wish it was something sweet, i'd travel for it. but
the four bands i'd watch, i've already seen. a couple times.MyOwnWay - 3-26-2005 at 10:47 AM

Just trying to capitalize on the hype from the Boston Beatdown dvd. It'll be meathead central.tireironsaint - 3-26-2005 at 02:25 PM
I think it sounds like what it appears to be from the line-up, a metal show. Actually, I don't even know who half of those bands are, but the ones I
do recognize, I can't stand. As for the rest, I think the band name tells me all I need to know about them....Back Of Tha Neck? Summer's End (wait, is
that a douche)? No fuckin' thanks.SAAAAARS - 3-26-2005 at 04:05 PM
nothin wrong with 100 demons.....Killthehumans - 3-27-2005 at 11:35 PM

I don't give 2 shits what a "Fest" would be called as long as the bands were good. I go for music not some fucking name.
