i like black sabbath with ozzy and hate everything after, but i love black flag before they became a rock band.

To me it is only the Ozzy years. That's it. That was so new back then and Black Flag were ground breaking as well.
Sabbath has just meant more to me. Sabbs all the way

I have my issues with Black Flag, but they have some amazingly brilliant stuff out there too. Sabbath I have always hated in every incarnation.

I don't really see how the hell you can compare the two. They are not even in the same league, so I would have to say Black Sabbath. And I am not even

This wasnt easy but any means. Both bands music is either incredible or it sucked. Not much in between.
I'm gonna go with Black Sabbath. I love me some Black Flag but Sabbath's song 'Changes' wins out over my BF favorites.
