As a little extra something to give to my dear mother for Mothers Day I wanted to type up a poem that she wrote for our family dog that passed away
and place it over a photo of her and the pup together but problem is it's not on the computer...I would have to scan it.
Now I have a pretty good scanner but don't use it much and was wondering....do you think if I scanned a regular size photo would I be able to blow it
up to the size of a 8x10 gloss photo without it getting butchered?
As always, any help from the Thorp board is GREATLY appreciated!

A lot of photo places can do that for you in really high quality. Best I can offer as a suggestion.

Yeah I may end up doing that...but I would like to do it myself just so it'll have come from me and not someone else that I paid ya know?

I feel the same, but I don't have the know-how to do it.

I bet it will work. Just scan it at the highest quality your scanner does.
for the cover art of Tear It Down, I actually took a digital picture of a framed photo of the Boston Garden and that worked out!
