It's true.

joemaconmovies - 6-9-2008 at 11:25 AM

death & taxes would be a good reason to go if it weren't for those damn causalities. who do you work merch for, furly?

Furly - 6-9-2008 at 11:29 AM

D&T and usually (but not always) the Unloved.

joemaconmovies - 6-9-2008 at 11:36 AM

have we met before or seen each other before? did you work merch for d&t when they played the memorial show for the welch boys drummer, ronnie?

I don't remember it, but I'm going to guess yeah.

I know (I think) I've never actually met you, but I'm sure I've seen you at a show or something.

Mark Lind - 6-9-2008 at 01:02 PM

Furly, are you coming Thursday?

Furly - 6-9-2008 at 01:32 PM

yep, and I'm hoping you get the CDs before then.

FNSRecords - 6-9-2008 at 04:11 PM

I find, now that I;ve moved away from Boston..most of my stops while back in Boston revolve around food.

- Fruit and Cheese plate@ The Otherside Cafe
- Spikes
- Dunkin Donuts
- Bodega Florentina (Brookline) ..best Italian food in the city.
- Grasshopper (allston) Cold Peanut noodles
- Veggie PLanet (Harvard Square) Mac and Cheese with Romesco Sauce...
- Wing It
- Any pizza place....pizza sucks in LA.

....food sucks in LA.

XHonusWagnerX - 6-9-2008 at 05:01 PM

DEFINITLY SPIKES!! Good call pat!!

I used to take the bus to Providence to goto the original Spikes on Thayer street when I was like 14-15 and now they are all over RI and even in Boston..... Oh how they have grown!

upyerbum - 6-9-2008 at 07:57 PM

I hear there's a couple of bars there. If you're into science check out the museum, its pretty cool. The Van de Graaf generators are wild.

It'll kill some time....but worth it.

Take the Haverhill train from North Station to the Haverhill Stop...walk a couple of blocks away and go to Welfare records...best punk./hardcore record shop in New England.
