trashbin desktop icon

right click on desktop, personalize, then select change desktop icons, make sure that the recycle bin has a check next to it, thats it!

IN my defense my son deleted it somehow. I left my laptop on the diningroom talbe and he usually starts in on it. He even left behond a couple crumbs from his nutrigrain bar. At least I hope thats what it was.
