you can upload the picture to a image hoster (one like tinypic.com or photobucket.com) and they'll give you a link to the image, then you use these:
[img] [/img] and copy the direction of the picture between them...
it's something like this:

upload your photo to imageshack or photobucket or where ever you can, then when creating a new post here on the board, click the little grey box with
