I vote to keep he/she. Some of the things posted have a small comedic value if you dont take it too seriousley. The pearl jam Hardcore thing was kinda funny. I think if the person actually posted some worthwhile topics once in a while they could have some decent and amusing discussions.

IF they posted something worthwhile I'd say keep 'em here but clearly they haven't. If it's a bad joke by a regular then I can find find some humor in it. Yeah I say keep him around longer, some of this shit is funny and entertaining. It'll get old a bit later but for now I'm down to keep him on board.
