this particular item, while technically recalled (thus, essentially banned) is widely available.
story goes that the bad got the photo at a flea market and used it for the cover. some how one of them (the woman i think), found out about the cover
and, having recently been born again, sued to have the cover pulled. in stock items were sent back and a new pressing with a photo of the band was
shipped.
as far as i know, there are six variations of that record (all of which i have):

thats an interesting story about the cover photo!
My old band almost had a problem like that. There is a drive-in movie theater near where we lived that used to be a porn drive-in. The sign on the
road was actually shaped like a penis (somewhate subtly). Anyway... we took a picture of it and photoshopped it so it had the name of the band &
record on the sign insted of the movies playing.
Somehow the owner of the drive-in found out and saw it. He called me and was threatening to sue us for $100,000 for associating his "Family Buisness"
with our "Semi Pornographic Material" (because there was swearing on the CD I guess?). I finally convinced him that not only would be not make any
money, but it was actually a losing venture and he said never to use the image again and he hung up. That was the last that I heard from him. I think
he was just looking for some money.... douch!

If I was the dude on that TAD cover I would want it pulled too. Who wants a few thousand people seeing you look like that?
