Ratchet up the nerd points for Mr. CR83. I got a Wii for my birthday. I love it. My daughter and I are having a blast. My In-Laws got me the NHL 2k9 game. It is incredible. I suck at it. I'm not a gamer to I have some ramping up to do.

I crossed over today. I am in the basement (by myself while the girls and dog nap) with the Wii and my laptop. I am looking up game tips in a gamer forum and now I'm posting on the internet about it here.

Is there any turning back? Thanks for letting me confess. I don't feel so dirty now.

I definitly recomend their podcast. I had never checked out a podcast before and im far from an experienced 'gamer' and their podcast is really informative and entertaining!

I haven't owned a system since the ps1 and I sold that years ago. The only game I have ever been truly addicted to was Diablo 2. Now that Diablo 3 has been announced I'm completely f'd when it hits the shelves in the coming years. Regardless welcome to nerd-dom. I'll be joining the rest of you relatively soon.

I guess that makes me the ultimate game nerd here since I have an 8 bit tattoo, all 3 of the current systems, and the aformentioned podcasty dedicated to the 3 systems. lol

Also, if you are stuck on any games, I recomend www.gamefaqs.com they even have full out walkthrus for damn near all games.

The podcast is about all 3 systems, but I only have the XBOX 360 and I enjoy the entire podcast every week.
