Is that Wrench's new band?

ShawnRefuse - 10-2-2008 at 07:09 PM

It's Wrench with some of the guys from Resist singing Ten Yard Fight Songs. Should be amazing!

Furly - 10-2-2008 at 07:12 PM

I love shows that are so close to my house that I can go home inbetween bands to pee.

Not my designs, just 2 flyers that popped up online already...

I'm sorry, I've been friendly with Wrench for years, but that sounds incredibly lame.

Nah, I respect him for not going out as "Ten Yard Fight" without the other members. At least he isn't calling it "Ten Yard Fight (jam)".

He is bringing music to the fans, without doing anything to the name of the band he and the other members were a part of.

I say...it's going to be a great show.

honus, if you find paper versions of these flyers could you bring me some to germany when you come?

what about exclusive merch for this show? if there will be any, i need it.

xoversux - 10-3-2008 at 10:34 AM

FYI, the band has never seen or have approved of either of those fliers.

LOL....I never knew HC bands had to 'approve' flyers. Either way should be a good show. Too far from Charlotte for me and way too damn cold. I expect full YouTube coverage.

yeah.... I would have tried to do something more witty that those, but the one with Carol Ann from Poltergeist is kind of funny.

I'd respect him more if he did a new band and threw some TYF covers in.
And the "cromags (jam)" thing was simply done due to the cause they were raising money for.

But I thought you guys don't care about what others blame you for. Seems like a waste of energy.

Not so much caring, more of dealing with it, which, yes is a waste of energy.

Any chance you can twist his arm a bit to get some more Stand and Fight albums put out? Love that band.
