Voodoobillyman - 10-28-2008 at 11:42 AM

a band called Wolfpack? I have heard the name a few times lately and was wondering what the deal is with them? Any good?

SS76 - 10-28-2008 at 11:50 AM

I've heard Wolfpac, if thats what you mean. Has one of the old singers from the Bloodhound Gang?

My old band played with that Wolfpac a bunch of times and they did the same show every time. I think they've been together for 10+ years and they are coasting on the 1 release they had years ago and the fact that they were on the Howard Stern show once. They kind of suck.

I think there are a few other bands called WOLFPACK so I'm not sure which one Voodoo is talking about.

Voodoobillyman - 10-28-2008 at 12:31 PM

the one I am talking about has an album called Lycanthrope punk or something like that? I dunno

joemaconmovies - 10-28-2008 at 12:38 PM

there was more than one singer for the bloodhound gang?

defstarsteve - 10-28-2008 at 12:43 PM

Scars post says ONE OF THE OLD SINGERS. On their first record (Dingleberry Haze) and second record (Use Your Fingers) they had 2-3 people that did vocals. After that they went to basicly a standard band format with 1 guy that does most of the vocals.

I talked to the Wolfpac guys about using you for merch, but I dont know if they already were at that point or if they started using you after the I sent them your info.

Do you actually print for ICP? That must be a huge account! They have merchandise on par with KISS!

voodoo...
Wolkpack rules.
They're from Sweeden and real heavy.
I have Allday Hell (2000) and Lycanthro Punk (1997). They're both good, but I prefer the latter.
Music is kind of a toned down hardcore punk sound, but the vocals are straight metal.

They changed their name to Wolfbrigade, but I haven't heard any of their albums sine then.

They remind me a little of Belgium's Rise And Fall.
I really dig them as well.
On Deathwish.

awesome... those are the guys I sent your way. Unfortunantly that means you probably had to print the 'its not rape if its dead' shirts. At least you made money off of them!

It's pretty odd that he post that he may have to close his company, then, post this about one of his clients.

defstarsteve - 10-30-2008 at 10:52 AM

sorry they are shitty band, and they always want shit for free, and rush orders...
these are the kind of clients that make any business stressed out...

but it's cool if you think it's odd that I think a client is lame...

there are plenty of lame clients
be it thru how they conduct themselves or the crap they want printed...
as someone who works for themselves I can have opinions about my clients
and when I am among friends as I am here I will voice them.

I have fired other shitty clients in the past, and if these guys don't get a better idea about doing business I will fire them as well...
there is only so much shit you can eat from a client before they have to go...

and yeah times might be hard because a fuck load of bands are not currently touring.
but one ICP clone band is not going to make or break me.
