Thorp and Sailor's Grave Board

Not that anyone is paying attention

I figured I would just put this out there to youz who are in the know and care. My car club has taken a temporary haitus due to several issues. Some members have split off and started another club called the Scamps CC and we wish them the best. The Heathens SC CC lies dormant for the time being until everyone can devote the time and efforts necessary to make it work correctly. I appreciate all of the support the club received from this board in the past and when we get active again I will still be sending out supporter t's. I may have some right now I can send but no big man sizes at the moment.

I read the post earlier and didn't know what to say since I'm not really in the know with these kinda things, but you've posted about it before and I realize it's an important thing to you. So, simply put, I'm with DAK. Best of luck.

thats awesome!!!!

It's like a motorcycle club only no crime and we drive old cars instead of bikes;)

Like, gathering with a bunch of people that have kick ass older cars and go crusing? Now THAT is cool...

At first, I thought you were talking about NEWER cars, like the kids in this area that get together in the Uno's parking lot with their Hondas and Dodge neons and just stand next to em with the doors open. THAT is the type of "car clubs" we have in the area and they are a bunch of tools and I have been known to call the police and say that they were drinking in the Uno's parking lot (when they weren't) just for the hell of it. ;)

The Rumblers CC website should give some idea about CCs. This is the one Roger from AF sings about on a Disasters album since he's (apparently) a part of it (and borrowed an HSN motto, which I think is incredibly ironic, unless HSN stole HFFH from someone else first). http://rumblersnyc.f-n-b.net/indexFrameset.htm

And just in case this is like some biker shit where I committed the ultimate sin against Voodoo by mentioning some other club, here's a link to the Heathens myspace: http://profile.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=user.viewpro...

No, not like that, we have the import tuner clubs around here and have even had to run em off from one of our cruize ins before. Douchebags

No man! No sin commited, the Heathens are huge Rumblers supporters, we have even been to a few of their shows in support. Mucho respect to the RUMBLERS CC, they do it right. Roger actually created the Rumblers with some friends of his in NYC. They are now international and grow bigger every year. He has included them in both AF and the Disasters music. They were formed in 1996 making them pioneers of the post muscle car cruize scene that is so huge today. I love these guys.
