2 sets of incline bench presses
2 sets of curls -
2 sets of leg extensions
2 sets of glut machine thing
Then 20 minutes on the eliptical with #6 resistance and 10 incline.
2 sets of 30 push ups. 2 variations.
On the IPOD that set the tone was one of the best records to jam and motivate was BIOHAZARD- self titled and then means to an end.
I got to burn the fat off my midsection and I am happy. Today I am visiting the GNC and vito store for a little help.
