We have had some success with these in the past so will having a "gentleperson's" agreement to a new year's resolution help you?
My initial thought is to do a 90 day resolution contest. This doesn't have to be a fitness or weight goal. Just a positive change in your life.
The Winner gets a Thorp Release.
Post up Mofo's who's on board?
P.S. Barcode was the originator of this year's idea. He gets the credit for helping people get back on track.

Thank you, I was meaning to get around to posting this, just got sidetracked. As stated it doesn't just have to be about fitness, whatever it is you
feel has a negative impact in your life weither it be unhealthy relathionship, poor finacial management, too much porn; etc....set that goal and
whoever makes the most positive lifestyle changes will be the winner. I think januarary 12th would be the best day to start. If anyone needs help
keeping track of their progress, or would like a nutrition/exercise program tweaked to meet their needs u2u or email me. I'm not a fitness expert by
any means, but will be going to school in the fitness field soon...you can help me get a feel for consultation/ program development.
