Bullshit!

At a fair last year I saw a demonstration of it. They poured a bunch of crap onto a carpet, "soaked it all up" then had my friend feel "how dry" the carpet was. Shit was still soaked and gross.

Billy Mays better watch out. Vince Offer is on the rise.

MarkV - 1-1-2009 at 11:12 PM

I know a few people who have them and all say they work pretty well.

DaveMoral - 1-2-2009 at 03:19 AM

I'd give it a shot for certain things. I always used shammies when I was on the swim/dive team in high school.

The commercials crack me the fuck up though.

JawnDiablo - 1-2-2009 at 08:07 AM

i saw this one last night again.
that dude is ....well...wacky.

DaveMoral - 1-2-2009 at 08:20 PM

My favorite part is where the dude says "It's made in Germany, you know Germans make quality products!" And I was like "really? I can't recall the last time I bought anything made in Germany." In fact, I can't remember owning anything with a "made in Germany" label.

Shammies are great drying cars off after washing.

VWs are pretty good cars. Think about how many old bugs and vans from the 70s you still see on the roads. They can be a bitch to fix, but they generally last a long time. BMWs are also generally pretty decent cars.

MarkV - 1-4-2009 at 10:28 PM

Also, knives. There's a few German companies that make some of the best kitchen knives out there.
