Today they said to call GATEWAY and try to get a new keyboard for the laptop. I guess that is what is causing all the bullshit. The keys are somehow
going off.

Sticky keys lol good work. Wife's cursor jumps around too, anything that grazes the mousepad causes it to go everywhere so we disable it and use a
mouse instead.
