This has been up and running for a couple of months but I haven't really plugged it on any message boards other than my own. We're still looking to
add writers so if you're interested and have experience then drop me a line.

some good reading on there...
although Mark, reading white text on a black background can get really hard on the eyes.........

What do you think is better? Black text on white?
BDx13 - 1-13-2009 at 12:29 PM
when you have a lot of copy like this, white text on black background tires the eyes out quickly. (actually black on white does as well, but to a
lesser extent.)
for most text-heavy web projects, I've been going with dark grey on white, dark grey on very light grey, or black on a very light creme.

i like the way white on black looks, but for reading a lot.....not so good.
any of Duane's suggestions will probably work well! he's the man

you want to minimize the contrast between the text and the background, but only slightly.
if the colors are too similar, that's hard to read, too. like trying to look at 3D content w/o the glasses!

Duane, I'd love to get you as a writer for this thing.

Really?
(Sorry, just saw this.)

Yes.
