That looks amazing. I just ordered the book on amazon because of this thread. I don't think I'd ever heard of this guy before. While looking him up on
amazon I discovered that he also has a fitness book based on his techniques developed in solitary confinement. I'm curious about that and depending on
how much I like his first book, I may just get that one and try out his system.
