vintage Atari 2600 artwork...

I'm trying to figure out how to do some artwork recreating the look of the old Atari 2600 box artwork. I was looking on PhotoFiddle.com and doing some samples to see if they had any effects that look like that, but havent found anything yet.

Anyone know?
