Thorp and Sailor's Grave Board

would you buy a Thorp Records coffee mug?

BDx13 - 2-12-2009 at 06:23 PM

and should it be a Thorp / Sailor's Grave combo design?

clevohardcore - 2-12-2009 at 06:25 PM

Yes. I need some new ones actually.

newbreedbrian - 2-12-2009 at 06:25 PM

yes.

CR83 - 2-12-2009 at 06:49 PM

no doubt but it would have to be a double cup, not just a single serving. Pretty please

XHonusWagnerX - 2-12-2009 at 06:52 PM

I dont drink coffee so I dont use coffee mugs very often at all, but if it was a double one like CR suggested, I might get it for pens and what not.

random - 2-12-2009 at 06:59 PM

double cup. thorp logo on one side. SG on the other side. and sell them in a bulk discount for buying either 2 or 4.

JawnDiablo - 2-12-2009 at 07:01 PM

Hell yeah!
what better style than to drink my joe while cruising the boards!
do it

DAK - 2-12-2009 at 07:15 PM

No. I don't drink coffee. But if it were a Pint glass for beer. Hell yeezz.

jonnynewbreed - 2-12-2009 at 07:32 PM

I would pre order that

barc0debaby - 2-12-2009 at 07:39 PM

The bigger the better. I drink a shitload of green tea.

Spoiler - 2-12-2009 at 07:44 PM

what DAK said

barc0debaby - 2-12-2009 at 07:52 PM

I'd buy a complete kitchenware set. That would make eating a Bacon Explosion all the more classier.

now we're talkin!

Voodoobillyman - 2-12-2009 at 08:26 PM

yup

franklo - 2-12-2009 at 10:08 PM

No,i would steal one from BD s house!;)

Discipline - 2-12-2009 at 10:10 PM

Pint glasses would be sweet. Instead of a regular coffee mug, how about a travel mug?

Siczine.com - 2-12-2009 at 10:33 PM

I would...but, a pint glass would get much more use.

DaveMoral - 2-12-2009 at 10:37 PM

Yeah, sure, why not?

I don't drink coffee, but it would get well used with some hot chocolate.

Also, for the cats who want pint glasses... might as well brew a Throp/SGR beer.

Dave - 2-12-2009 at 10:40 PM

both, i would them for sure.

moron - 2-12-2009 at 11:53 PM

It's more my style than the belt buckle. I'd buy it.

BDx13 - 2-13-2009 at 02:27 AM

interesting that so many of you are down with the double-wide!
(my personal favorite is a 16 oz bistro mug.)
Post up an image of what you'd like so I know we're talking about the same thing.

Thorp and I were thinking of the smaller, 11oz diner-style mug, like below.
Down with that or no?
Keep in mind, bigger is gonna cost more.

tireironsaint - 2-13-2009 at 02:51 AM

I would be all about it. I'd much rather it be a bigger one though. Either travel style or just jumbo ceramic. I never use the small 11 ouncers because I have to refill the damn thing every five minutes. It'd be awesome to have one for work. Hell, I'd probably buy two or three so I could keep one at work and one at home. The pint glass would be cool too. Even though I don't drink I have a few from different things that I like to have around. I'll see if I can find an image of the types of mugs I'm thinking of...
yeah, something like this (if this image works)

tireironsaint - 2-13-2009 at 02:59 AM

There.

or maybe one like this...

or even a beer stein type...

XnMeX - 2-13-2009 at 08:33 AM

Travel mug for work

Lucabrasi - 2-13-2009 at 08:47 AM

I love coffee and the Thorp board so combining the two just makes sense.

Dave - 2-13-2009 at 09:05 AM

i dig this size....

XHonusWagnerX - 2-13-2009 at 09:23 AM

go big or go home! ;)

19 ounce....

Bigger please

clevohardcore - 2-13-2009 at 02:59 PM

Ya, fuck those 11ozers. Diner coffee sucks anyway. We're talking kick you in the face awesome cups, mugs, whatever. Those Decendents ones Honus posted were kind of sweet. Travel mug would be great so long as its NOT the plastic liner ones. It MUST be the silver metal liners. The plastic ones just kill the taste. As for the beer ones a freaking Stein that tireiron posted would be great.

*not trying to tell you guys what to do just throwing suggestions that all.* ;)

Voodoobillyman - 2-13-2009 at 03:06 PM

I would rock whatever you guys take my $ for and be happy!

XHonusWagnerX - 2-13-2009 at 03:06 PM

I rather have a travel mug, but I'm flexable.

Dave - 2-14-2009 at 12:20 AM

if AndyThorp, decides to make whatever, i'm going to buy one.

DAK - 2-19-2009 at 11:14 PM

Update???

tireironsaint - 2-19-2009 at 11:29 PM

Yeah, any progress on this idea? I need a new vessel for the drinking of the black, life-giving elixir.

BDx13 - 2-20-2009 at 01:28 AM

will do! As a side note, your Sailors grave t-shirts are a HUGE hit with actual Sailors. I have had alot of inquiries regarding both the loose lips and the remain steadfast t-shirts. very cool. You guys nailed it on the head

BDx13 - 2-20-2009 at 07:27 PM
