Thorp and Sailor's Grave Board

Auschwitz, the meaning of pain. The way that I want you to dine?

I was at Applebees yesterday. For those of you guys that might not know, Applebees is a family resturaunt bar & grill type of place. Its a chain and there are quite a few of them all across the US and in some other countries too.

Anyway.... I was there yesterday eating dinner and it was crowded. We're sitting there eating and all of a sudden something caught my ear. I'm trying to focus on what is usually the easy listening playing all over the resturaunt. Well... it wasnt the usual stuff. It was "Strength Beyond Strength" by Pantera (off of Vulagar Display of Power) and the entire song played. Then it got really quiet for a few minutes, then a song more in the vein of what they usually play came on but after that it was "Angel of Death" by Slayer!

Not sure what was going on or how it was happening, but it was pretty awesome!

maybe one of the people in the back washing dishes had a ipod on and the radio reception picked it up.

They probably had satellite radio in there, which means someone was like "hahaha, I'm going to switch the station real quick."

Pretty awesome.

^^^^^^ So you can walk in somewhere and take your satellite radio and change stations? IT would be funny to do that in a APPLEBEES but have some sort of subliminal messages like "your going to puke. this food is like poopoo. puke." then everyone pulls a STAND BY ME-lard ass scene.
