They look like the dudes that hung out at The Slaughtered Lamb in "An American Werewolf In London".

so gutted i've never seen these guys live.
literally every time they've played in the uk in the last few years i've been putting on a gig, playing a gig, had tickets booked for another gig or even worse they've played a secret show somewhere in east london.

i fear if i do ever get to the see them the venue will get blown up or some shit.

necrobutcher - 3-5-2009 at 12:07 AM

I hope to fuck they announce some dates for the east coast. Goddamn, if they don't play NYC it would be kind of odd since that would be a guaranteed sellout show.

MarkV - 3-5-2009 at 01:54 AM

A friend of the agent hit me up looking for contacts for promoters; it's a "full tour," so expect coastal dates.

Lucabrasi - 3-5-2009 at 12:49 PM

Am I the only one on here who thought the last album sounded horrible? Infact I dont think I've really liked any of their stuff.

those words make no sense to me :shocked2:

panzerkreuzer - 3-5-2009 at 05:28 PM

in my opinion the last record has some of the best tunes since shock troops.
@luca brasi, try shock troops, if you donīt like this lp, you shouldnīt waste one more minute on cock sparrer.

Last I checked they hadn't posted any other names for it yet. Chaos In Tejas is rapidly becoming a big deal. From what I understand, it started out more on the crusty side, but seems to be leaning towards Oi and such now. Last year they had Hard Skin as one of the headliners and I'm still kicking myself for missing that. I'm really wanting to head down for Sparrer, but I don't think it's gonna happen.

Some cool shit there. Some stuff I wouldn't open my front door to see, but some really good bands, too.

Mark Lind - 3-5-2009 at 09:49 PM

The Business??? Christ! Who's in the band now?

MarkV - 3-6-2009 at 12:50 AM

Last time they toured in the US it was Mickey Fitz and all new guys. I think it's basically the line up he was touring in Europe as "Fitz" with.

Kid Ugly - 3-6-2009 at 02:16 PM

Cock Sparrer is also playing Chicago Oct. 9th and 10th, the two dates yours truly plans to attend. :bouncing:
