WOW. Quite possibly the coolest movie ever made. Great actors, great story, Most of it really happened and a great director.

I'm beyond stoked for this movie. I am an unapologetic superfan of everything Micahel Mann has ever touched.
his next movie is still slated to be The Winter of Frankie Machine too, which is DeNiro's return to mob movies via an extremely awesome book
adaptation about a retired hitman who just got royally screwed.

I'll be seeing this movie.

Wow, that looks fucking spectacular.
Didn't know these two were working on a film together. Could spark some more Batman 3 discussion.

Saw this last night.
Amazing. It slowed down a bit in the middle but not in a bad way...and the gunfights....holy mary morther of moses. The movie is so much more than
gunplay but there isn't a director in hollywood that can film a better gunfight than Michael Mann. The shootout at little bohemia was so fucking
rediculous...imagine the shootout after the bank heist in Heat, but with tommy guns.
I don't know where I'd place it in order of Mann movies but I'd say it's bumped into his top 5 for me along with Heat, Manhunter, Thief and the
digital tour de force one two punch of Miami Vice/Collateral.
Now we get to wait for Frankie Machine

I saw it yesterday... and I thought it was great. Dillinger, of the 70s, was a great flick too. This one is better.
Loved it. Hell, I love Depression era period pieces in general
