it's amazing to me that so many people with nothing to say and even less to back it up have a voice these days. we had the way too frequent minute of silence at work today for 4 more dead canadian soldiers in afghanistan. really nice to come home to these smug, arrogant uninformed douchebags trying for a ratings grab off our backs.

I'm not sure I'm interpreting your lyrics the correct way but what I'm getting at the moment (and I have been drinking) is your thoughts on the infotainment that is pumped out by major news outlets that play to their side of the political spectrum. If that's the case, I agree 100% since it seems their are so called political commentators that only play to their side in the hopes of getting ratings and selling books.

I can't watch the Y-Tube clip from here, but I don't really have to, Fox News is fairly predictable. That having been said, I served alongside five of those 116 men, they all had families and they were all stand-up guys. Ask any US soldier on the ground over there, and they will tell you how much they appreciate the Canadian contingent and their abilities as soldiers. The men on the ground know what's up, so fuck Fox News.

i work at the dockyards, doing fleet maintenance on our ships and submarines. we work alongside the navy, so it's standard procedure to have a minute of silence at my workplace.

I avoided this until now because it's Fox and everyone know's its a load of shit, but I got sick of all the Facebook groups.

Red Eye is hardly a news story, they had Damien from Fucked Up on it a while back. It's like a late night TV show.

Don't they have a point about the military though? They don't dump billions of dollars annually into the armed forces every year, it's not the biggest budget by far.

Bringing up the war of 1812 as a response is always fun but kinda gets old :lol:
