Almost 30 years later and it still kicks ass. A true fucking classic.tireironsaint - 4-7-2009 at 03:58 PM
Agreed. I've loved that band since I first saw The Decline Of Western Civilization back when I was either a freshman or sophmore in high school and
yet somehow it wasn't until last summer that I managed to see them on their 31st anniversary tour. I've heard stuff over the years about their shows
being either jaw-droppingly amazing or terrible and I hafta say that they floored me. Their set was almost entirely from the first few records and
they had just as much energy on stage as on any of those records. defstarsteve - 4-7-2009 at 04:13 PM
jsut down the road from me and I just heard about it last week

John Doe and Exene Cervenka created one of punk's most influential bands, X. This evening's concert is a rare opportunity for John and Exene to

Billy Zoom won't play any of the Dave Alvin stuff live.
