Ryan Howard needs no roids.

This subject is forever going to haunt such a fantastic game. I am not sure how I even feel about it. I think its bad, but realistically do you think that its never going to happen? Players want to be better. It's just evolution. What I think is terrible it how quickly they fall apart once they stop. Miguel Tejada for instance.

Ken Griffey Jr has been my favorite player since I was 5. Guy is as legit as they come and I wish the media talked more about players like this.

Good article on KG JR and this steroid clusterfuck.

Losers Of The Steroids Era.

I've been veg for 11 years, and I can assure you, the stereotype about weight loss and vegetarians is just that. You can be veg and eat just as badly as a non veg.

Babe Ruth did it on hot dogs and beer.

Yeah. I started getting a potbelly when I moved to Philly and I have no idea how to shake it.

Also, losing weight as a vegetarian doesn't necessarily mean eating well either, I ate like shit when I first went veg and lots a ton of weight and muscle. Then I met my wife, she started cooking for me... and I started gaining weight, and then Philadelphia happened. Veggie "cheesesteaks" at Gianna's Grille, and their pizza. Tons of good vegan Chinese there.

I also started gaining muscle mass pretty quick when I worked out consistently for a period of time, which didn't involve lifting weights at all.

I've never had a veg cheesesteak down there but would absolutely love to.
What was the vegan chinese place not far from the Troc??? Harmony??

JawnDiablo - 4-13-2009 at 06:34 AM
