So I got the chance to check out two CDs from these boys that get the occasional mention on these boards and I gotta say that these fuckers have just
joined the ranks of my current favorites list. There's a definite change from Hate Your Everything to the new CD (which didn't have a name listed as
far as I could tell), but both of these disks rock the proverbial balls off anything that actually has a pair. Hate Your Everything, while very much
on the Old School Hard Core influenced side, actually has a very cool dirty Rock N Roll sound to it which isn't present as much on the new disc. The
new one sounds almost like Lemmy from Motorhead joined in on bass and what's-his-fuck from early Discharge is on guitar with John Brannon's (of the
almighty Negative Approach, duh) brother or something on vox. Those of you who know me will realize that this particular combination spells very good
things to my Sainted ears. I highly recommend that each and every single one of you mooks get up off your fuckin' duffs and find out how you can go
about ordering your very own copies of both of these shiny little platters so you too can be shaken out of your stupor. Personally, I'd like to
request a way to get ahold of some merch to sport to show my appreciation for this amazing band. For those of you new around here, I don't give praise
out lightly and you best believe I mean every blessed fuckin' word written here. My only complaint is that the fuckers live across the goddamned
country from me so I can't see 'em play on anything approaching a regular basis.
P.S. Gavin, you fuckin' rock.Todd - 5-8-2005 at 10:42 PM
Amen, brother. I proudly sport my Bad Vibes Philadelphia tee. These guys deserve to be as big as all the shitty bands you freaks worship.BDx13 - 5-9-2005 at 12:48 AM
i've listened one album or the other everyday for the past two weeks. the bad vibes recently bumped the sheer terror reunion disc to number two on my
play list.thedog - 5-9-2005 at 01:09 AM
where can i get these discs?tireironsaint - 5-9-2005 at 01:26 AM
Ask MrBadVibes or check out their myspace page...which is listed in one of his threads about the band. I would guess those two options are your best
bets as I don't think they have a site of their own, but believe me, you NEED to get your grubby mitts on these CDs.gavin - 5-9-2005 at 01:37 PM
