KyleOz - 5-9-2005 at 12:09 PM

:D

I dig

CR83 - 5-9-2005 at 12:09 PM

Fucking Awesome. Rob and Co deliver yet again. Like there was any doubt. Can't fucking wait for the album to drop.

crazyfists28 - 5-9-2005 at 12:49 PM

that is so damn catchy yet still in your face, way more groove oriented than but a whimper, rob's got skillz

THORP - 5-9-2005 at 01:04 PM

Real soon, the title track will be available exclusively on Lambgoat.

That track is more aggressive. The record is so diverse. So much going on. It is amazing.

DustinCTT - 5-9-2005 at 01:09 PM

fuck this rules!

RomanticViolence - 5-9-2005 at 02:27 PM

Good stuff!

Mark Lind - 5-9-2005 at 03:07 PM

This song is dynamite

Is it mastered?

XnMeX - 5-9-2005 at 03:38 PM

September? God damn it, i'm gonna go insane waiting for this.

THORP - 5-9-2005 at 04:02 PM

this is still unmastered, post so damn polished I dont know if mastering can do much else

Antiseen75 - 5-9-2005 at 05:30 PM

awesome - can't wait to hear the title track now. Love the piano bits in the track. Does Rob do a lot of "clean" vox on this record as well? Anything acoustic like "True Crime" possibly? I love it when he mixes shit up like that, and I'm assuming since there's so much diversity going on, that he prob. does..........

portis - 5-9-2005 at 05:39 PM

this song is fucking awesome! mark your brother is the fucking man!

just curious, does jake bannon do back-up vox on any of the tracks?

Mark Lind - 5-9-2005 at 05:46 PM

Rob is the man. The dude has a stock of songs that would blow your mind. He's sitting on like 5 songs right now that would the best song of any other band but for him they're just sorta marinating until he feels like using them.

I don't know about Jake.

crazyfists28 - 5-9-2005 at 07:01 PM

from what i've read jake is on this album at different points, not sure on the specifics..

what are the chances of us ever getting another Sinners & Saints record? That first one was sheer brilliance!

BDx13 - 5-9-2005 at 08:22 PM

Hey Mark, I consider you to be the man as well. Frankly, you and your brother are "The Men".

Some of the new Ramallah songs are awfully personal. Just out of curiousity, how do you feel about having some of this Lind Family history "out there"?

BDx13 - 5-9-2005 at 08:22 PM

Antiseen75 - yes, there is some 'singing' on the album.

portis - we heard that jake was supposed to do backup vocals for rob, but i don't know for sure.

Antiseen75 - 5-10-2005 at 02:55 AM

that fucking song is sad as hell - just now sat back and listened at the lyrics - fucking SAD as hell -

might have some words wrong cuz I just jotted down what I thought i heard him say but:

"yeah my mother was raped at 9 yrs. old
to a good old fashioned poverty and a violent drunk of a dad
but not a cliche enough
so fate tore away her faith on that secret day
torn along with her hymen
still suffering time there's a little bloody girl of 9":(

thedog - 5-10-2005 at 04:55 AM

cant wait to hear the rest.

BDx13 - 5-10-2005 at 11:27 AM

Just another reason why Rob is the fucking man!

"Hey kid, if your under 18, you'll probably get off easy, so feel free to blame it on me.

Hey kid, just remember, if you blame it on me, i'll take the heat and you can blame insanity."

GOD DAMN, thats some good shit.

serenity - 5-10-2005 at 01:10 PM

rob lind is nothing less than a genius. his lyrics are the only thing that gets me through the day.

new songs are of course better than everything has come out this year.

crazyfists28 - 5-10-2005 at 02:23 PM

the very end of it when he talks about car bombs and vma's is how he started the song on the tour with unseen, really cool to see how the song has evolved, thats some good stuff, two new songs in two days, cant ask for much more

the messages on punknews.org were pretty funny as well.

crazyfists28 - 5-10-2005 at 08:17 PM

i hate reviews, if everyone followed someone elses opinion we'd all be in trouble, so to each his own, as long as it says that the two new songs are friggin' great

Those guys are idiots. Rap, nu-metal???? And all of those bands they're comparing this to? Morons.

If I had to compare the sound to ANY band, I would say that it sounds a LOT like Truth Hurts era Pro-Pain.

portis - 5-11-2005 at 04:31 AM

wow is all i got to say

portis - 5-11-2005 at 04:46 AM

i can't believe these fucks on other various boards saying rob lind is racist and anti-semetic. this one douchebag is slandering WTR in the name of raybeez saying that nazis shouldn't be in hardcore... what the fuck is wrong with people? i'd just like to see him talk that shit about blood for blood like an ignorant motherfucker in front of buddah so he could get his face broken. stupid assholes

I'm with ya. My head almost spun around when I saw some of that. Nitwits!

soulless - 5-11-2005 at 02:42 PM

have these people who are comparing the songs to linkin park and limp bizkit heard either linkin park, limp bizkit, or the actual songs they're comparing to those bands? i'm not hearing any turntable dj stuff on the ramallah tracks or doing it all for the nookie. and that's without saying anything about the lyrics.

BDx13 - 5-12-2005 at 02:49 PM

Life Goes On has been replaced with If I Die Today.
Lucky youz. Ya get ANOTHER track from the album.

crazyfists28 - 5-12-2005 at 02:57 PM

a different version of this and a Smith's cover.

Antiseen75 - 5-13-2005 at 04:55 AM

Who does one obtain this vinyl with the bonus tracks from? I remember Rob talking about the Smiths cover back before his website went to the repeat message that it is now, but I never knew he actually put this stuff out

serenity - 5-13-2005 at 06:23 AM

the newest song, if i die today, is good, but not as good as life goes on. still, it is much better than most shit that has come out this year.
