Thorp and Sailor's Grave Board

new h2o video.

clevohardcore - 4-29-2009 at 11:54 AM

Sure you all heard about it already so I wont link it. GO to bridge9 and check it out. Good song off the last album and has a shitload of cameos from other bands. The song NOTHING TO PROVE

XHonusWagnerX - 4-29-2009 at 12:43 PM

thats a pretty cool video. I like H2O but it seems like they've gotten WAY to into the 'guest stars' especially on the newest record. I wonder if the video was kind of poking fun at themselves for it?

I'm surprised Michael Rapaport wasnt in it.

Anyone else notice that Ezac has his whole head tattooed? Is that a recent thing?

clevohardcore - 4-29-2009 at 01:36 PM

H2o has been that way from day 1. They always use guests.

XHonusWagnerX - 4-29-2009 at 03:22 PM

yeah... I know theres a bunch even on the first CD, but its gotten to be more and more and more....

MarkV - 4-29-2009 at 03:45 PM

The first one had a ton. There were kind of fewer on the 2 Epitaph releases (just some guest vocals here and there). I don't remember details of the major label record.

Ezec's gotten more and more head tats but got those giant pits tattooed on the sides back in 04 maybe?

CR83 - 4-29-2009 at 07:44 PM

I really dug the last H2O album. I listen to several tracks when running. Good stuff.

DaveMoral - 4-29-2009 at 11:01 PM

Nothing to Prove is fucking awesome. I've been listening to that one pretty much nonstop for the last couple weeks. Gonna put a different album from them on my iPod tonight.

barc0debaby - 4-29-2009 at 11:03 PM

Heart on My Sleeve is a great track.

DaveMoral - 4-29-2009 at 11:05 PM

Yeah, damn never every track on that record is gold. Still Here. What Happened. Fairweather Friend.

necrobutcher - 4-29-2009 at 11:22 PM

Has anybody got all the cameos in the video? I only picked out Stigma, Roger Miret, Freddie and Hoya from Madball, some Sick of It All guys and Ezac.

I forgot Gestapo and one of the Gallo brothers.

Apparently, CM Punk is in it too.

JawnDiablo - 4-30-2009 at 06:54 AM

I'm still surprised at how much I enjoyed this record.
It was tight from start to finish.

necrobutcher - 4-30-2009 at 11:42 PM

Apparently CM Punk of all people shows up in this. I would love to hear the story of how he got his dirty ass in this.

panzerkreuzer - 5-1-2009 at 07:14 AM

canīt believe that the record is already one year old. it still reigns my recordplayer regularly, my only complain still is that it is too short. iīd love to hear ten more songs of that quality.
nice video by the way.

BKT - 5-1-2009 at 09:50 AM

Ya that record is really good.

Danny Boy from HOuse of Pain and La Coka Nostra is in there as well. He pulls up in that low rider car.

MM.

He's actually a sxe hardcore "kid" and his friends w/ those dudes.

DaveMoral - 5-1-2009 at 06:35 PM

Yeah, I was gonna mention that... doesn't that dude X up his fist tape when he wrestles? I think I saw an action figure of him X'd up... which was kinda surreal. A straight edger action figure.

MarkV - 5-1-2009 at 06:41 PM

Yes, he Xs up. His nickname is "the straight edge superstar." Logo on one of his shirts is basically the YOT raised first, except it's taped.

DaveMoral - 5-2-2009 at 12:32 AM

Funny. That shit is kind of all over nowadays. I saw the new New Found Glory record at Target today and Chad Gilbert's X'd up on the back of the disc. That first AFI video off their big pop record hit showed a kid X'ing up and of course Havok's praying X hands tat.

Kind of funny.

Oh yeah, on the Today show this morning No Doubt kicked off their summer concert series and Gwen Stefani was in a Fred Perry, stone or acid wash jeans(I always get them two confused), and suspenders hangin' off her waist.

Makes sense. The son of a bitch is blowing up from the days of when he used to wrestle in shitholes in nowhere Indiana.

Back when he was in Ring of Honor he had a feud with Raven where he called out Raven for his history of drug/alcohol problems and he cut some intense promos about straight edge. The fucker can play a great heel.

DaveMoral - 5-2-2009 at 02:54 AM

That's what us straight edge people are... heels.

At that point in time his catchphrase was, "Straight Edge means I'm better than you."

And he was a colossal dick.

Jason the Magnificent - 5-2-2009 at 04:58 PM

Good song till Roger Miret comes in.

Bleu burg burgle bleh bleh bleu!
