Great workout music! I'm going into my third month of serious weightlifting, I've already put on 7 pounds muscle in the last two months and now that
I'm working I can afford to start eating like a champ. Putting down 4,000+ calories a day is rough but ya gotta eat big to get big!

5'9 145. I've got a fast metabolism, gotta eat 2,500 just to maintain weight.

Thanks. I'm planning on getting get up to 165-170 and then cut to 150-155.
