I could never, and would never, give up meat. My goal is to die with at least five pounds of undigested red meat in my system.

DaveMoral - 4-30-2009 at 08:19 PM

^Haha. So... from the five pounds of undigested red meat then?

Jason the Magnificent - 4-30-2009 at 08:22 PM

Some veg stuff is good...some not...

There s German place near me that has a killer selection of WAY top end beers and great foods...meat-o-rama...but they have an awesome veggie schnitzel that my wife loves...life can be hard.

JawnDiablo - 4-30-2009 at 08:52 PM

veggie burgers are awesome.
i always swore against em but my girlfriend turned me onto some good ones
Dr Preggers are great
Some Morning Star ones are damn good.

BDx13 - 5-3-2009 at 02:27 PM

argh, i did it again!
another double on an english muffin!

they'll never replace meat for me, but they're good as what they are, and are a healthy option.
most importantly, they're filling.
'eating well' often leaves me hungry!

DaveMoral - 5-3-2009 at 04:04 PM

Eating well can sometimes mean eating more. Which is kinda cool.

Enyo - 5-4-2009 at 05:07 PM

BD- try the chicken patties from morning star. They are my favorite no meat option. :)

Having lived with a vegetarian for 10 years, I've tried everything that is available locally. Those about the only thing I can stomach.
It's not that it tastes bad.. but the texture is always wrong. I wonder.. do they have meat eaters try the products??

Who Am I?

Not made for these times
This is the end my friend
I wasn't made for these times
(and) I want to fly away
To a simpler time
To a better day
Who am I to believe in?
Who are you to believe in me?
(I'm just) a junkie, a drunkard
A bastard, a monster
Hiding from my sins
A broken prophet
From a dead end street
But we live in such terrible times
I gotta speak my mind
'cause inhumanity is all I see
It's right in front of you
It's right in front of me
I testify 'cause I'm damned if I lie but...
Who I to believe in?
Who are you to believe in me?
I wasn't made for these times
And sometimes I'd like to
Tear out my eyes
And be blind
To this world that I see
