Ending a decent work week at the new job. In my basement home office rocking Terror- Live in Japan Set while putting together my weekly reports.
Busted out the camo shorts too. Life is pretty damn good right now.

Ya, whats up? Hope its a improvement for you. Plus I had no idea TERROR released a live record. I have to get that. I bet the in between song banter
is golden. The BURIED ALIVE cd I have live set is awesome.

New job happened about 3 weeks ago. I partnered my old company with the current one I am working for. I work for an HR Consulting firm called AAIM.
Great people and they have been around for 111 years. My old staffing company was doing OK but I was making about half the money I was from the year
before. The economy is a major part. There were some other changes happening that were not too cool so my boss called me while he was on Spring
Break and said, "You are my friend and I'm concerned about our company. You may want to put your bio together and start networking just to be safe.
I'm not 100% we are going to be around. Weird shit is happening and I want you all to be safe."
Pretty cool boss to do that. So I called up my new group who had made some offers before and told them it was time for me to listen to their offer.
No interview and an offer in hand in about 3 days.
My biggest concern was the people who worked for me so I went to work and got them offers from other companies. When I announced to them that I was
leaving I handed them offers from other companies, relatively same pay, better benefits and I was going to get them paid for an additional month.
Everything worked out amazingly. When I finally got everyone signed sealed and delivered, I fell asleep at 6:00 at night and woke up the next day at
6:00 and I got my first gray hair.
My new job is great, I'm not managing anyone and all computer, phone and billing systems are taken care of by others.
I sell HR Consulting services including recruiting.
Lesson to be learned is always treat people fairly, do the right thing and you are ALWAYS INTERVIEWING.
Clevo- I'll hook you up. It is the first album Terror did but it is a live set from Japan. VERY good recording.
