Ya i remember those muscle men. That fad died out real quick for some reason.

DAK - 5-9-2009 at 08:40 PM

It died out cause they said you could not bust them. I did. Don't ever challenge a kid.

I had a bunch of those Muscle Men figures.

Anyone remember "stompers" trucks/cars.They were cool!

Stompers ruled!!!! they had the foam rubber tires you could take off and change (for no real reason). I loved those things.

I had some Muscles but not that many. I dont know why they died out so fast. They were like a modern day update of plastic army men.

other cool 70's-80's toys....

Wasn't that long ago there was a Saturday morning cartoon show that was all characters based on the designs of Muscle Men. Like... 2000-2001 I think.

My cousin had like all of those Star Wars figures.

big wheels ruled.
the ones with the wheel lock lever on the one back wheel for skidding out were the best.

MASK was awesome. I bought a couple VHS tapes of the cartoon a few years ago... doesn't stand the test of time. I remember always losing the bombs that dropped out of the bottom of the Camaro and every time I'd write to the toy company for more of them and they'd send them. I think I always lost the helmet to the figure that came with it, and they'd send me that too. I was like 5 years old, I remember riding the bus to school and there being an older kid that I'd play MASK with on the way to school.

Speaking of 80s toys. Lately I've been seeing at Target that they've re-released all the classic TMNT figures with the original packaging.
