i'm co-responsible for a website that we may or may not keep up. other guy did all the technical stuff. it costs about $90-100 to keep it up for a
year. if it helps, it's a wiki running of the same thing as wikipedia (mediawiki). cost is hosting fee plus registration for three names (.com,
.org, and .net). is this reasonable? cheap? expensive?

so, registration of three domain names, plus hosting of the site for $100 a year?
if the host is reliable, then yes.

yup, you described it right. and it's one of the better-known names in web hosting. thanks! it sounded very reasonable to me, but i know that some
of you guys around here know much more about this than i do.
