i'll throw an idea out to combine a few of these thorp family threads. since it looks like the thorp warriors 2.0 shirt will be printed soon, and several of us said we were gonna send something to steve even though he volunteered to do it for free... we could all agree on some amount for the shirts ($10? $12? more?)... steve gets something (at least to cover costs, but i'd like him to make at least a little off the effort) and the rest goes to danny nsk somehow, since nsk has worked a lot with thorp. we all help steve, especially since he just quit the day job to do def-star full time again, and danny gets at least something to help out in a rough time. anyone else like the idea? i'm sure BD/THORP can make this work pretty easy on the administrative side of things.

I would like to send him some canned goods and stuff. Especially if he has kids they will have to eat as well as use money to buy clothes and whatnot. Not sure if you all remember my friend getting burned pretty bad 2 years ago. That is exactly what happened to him. He is still fighting it in court. He lost almost everything. The house was destroyed in the fire. His gas grille blew up. I hope Danny can find some hope in what we can donate and that his insurance doesn't give him shit.
