seriously, i've had more potential and actual altercations in 9 months in the UK than i ever did in the US. i don't get it. maybe there's something
to the idea of an armed citizenry. not that i ever had a CCW permit, but i've owned some stuff that i didn't carry. but i only ever got in fights
in the US when someone attacked a friend or a female. ever.
i also watched some shit last night on the mongrel mob in new zealand, where i think there are also bans on guns.
jeeze, and i thought i was pro-2nd amendment before.

no kidding. i just really don't get it. i'm a pretty polite, quiet mother fucker who keeps to himself and doesn't bother people. i really do think
people here aren't scared of getting shot or suffering serious damage, so they are way too willing to be confrontational.
maybe i'm too old for this shit. maybe i've got too much to lose. maybe i just don't give a fuck about looking "tough". maybe i just don't feel the
need to get a visa revoked and end up deported over nonsense.
seriously though, i grew up in a place where everyone loved GG Allin, and it wasn't a show if you didn't get socked in the face a few times. but
there really wasn't any antagonism or tough-guy shit, it was just the environment.
this is a weird fucking place. seriously.
