Having a problem with an lp, side B plays fine but side A is distorted to all hell and the pitch is way off. Not exactly sure how/why it happens but
I guess the record has gotten warped. Is there any way I can fix it or am I fucked?

Man, not sure. The sound is a higher/lower pitch than before? That's weird.
