If you list something and it doesn't sell. Then you decide to keep it up until it sells for several weeks do they recharge you very 7 days you have it listed? Or is it a fee until it sells for whatever price?

didn't realize you could just leave it up.
thought when the auction was over, that was it.
you want to relist it, you pay again.

I thought re listing was "free"? not sure on those details since I have only relisted somthing once or twice and it was YEARS ago.

That's what I mean. It ends at set date and its been a while, but if I remember correctly they gave me a chance to re-list items that did not sell for no extra fee. I was wondering if that is always the way or if that was just something they offered at a period of time. Otherwise I might just list stuff on AMAZON, but never did that before.

Here's are your options...7, 10, and 30 day listings...or they have an option to "list until sold" for Buy It Now listings. The fees are slightly different for each one of these. You are charged each time an item is relisted. You are not charged a final value fee (percentage of the final value of your item) if your item doesn't sell.

I might be listing some cd's but figured they might not sell right away.

I always throw up items at the lowest I would sell them for. That way if it sells with 1 bid, I am fine with that, if not, I wouldn't sell it for less anyway.
