I have an article somewhere on mob guys in prison and they talked about Gotti. I guess somebody brought one of his grandkids to see him when he was about 5 and Gotti said something that made the kid cry. Gotti's response was to tell the kid "shut up cause that crybaby shit doesn't fly with me. I'll smack the shit out of you if you don't stop." I'm paraphrasing here but it was pretty close to what he said. Made me laugh cause I remembered it the first time I saw that Gotti show. Ol' John would beat those little bastards until they learned some respect.
